New vacuum-sealed packaging (no bowl) to reduce waste and protect against freezer burn - just place contents + 1.5 cups water in a pot (stovetop) or bowl (microwave), then heat.
Authentic Vietnamese pho with rich aromatic broth, beef brisket, rice noodles, green onions, bean sprouts, and chili oil (mild-moderate heat level).
Frozen and ready to heat on the stove or in the microwavable bowl when you need it.
Keep frozen, and cook from frozen.
Microwave directions:
Add 1.5 cups of water to bowl, then re-cover with lid, leaving a small gap for ventilation.
Microwave on high for 6 minutes until soup reaches temp of 75*C.
Carefully remove bowl from microwave and enjoy.
Stove-Top Directions:
Defrost at room temperature (or run sides of bowl under warm water) until soup releases from bowl.

We're the first generation of immigrants from Vietnam from our family. We immigrated to Canada in 2009 and went through the struggles that most immigrants endured. After many hardships, we decided to open up a Vietnamese restaurant in the Cowichan Valley to bring the flavours of our home to yours.In 2015 we took over Halifax Donairs and rebuilt it into Saigon Subs, but kept the recipes and menu the same. After 10 years of serving the Cowichan Valley, we've built an amazing and friendly community with people coming from Ladysmith, to even Alberta! Our goal is to continue serving homemade, fresh, and authentic Vietnamese cuisine to the community.
