Making changes to your order
Changes can be made up until your cut-off. This is at 8am on Sundays for Tuesday & Wednesday deliveries, at 8am on Tuesdays for Thursday & Friday deliveries.
Skipping a delivery
Skipping a delivery can be managed through your account by clicking on the "Skip a Delivery" tab after logging into your account. Be sure to include your delivery date in your skipped delivery time frame but do not include the following week if you are planning on being back for your next delivery. A good rule of thumb is to set your away dates from Monday to Friday of the week that includes your delivery date. As always, we will gladly take care of this for you if you give us a call or email us letting us know which deliveries you would like to skip.
Delivery Day Schedules
The Cowichan Milk Company Ltd. reserves the right to change delivery days. We will give you a seven-day notice via email if your delivery day will be changing.
If a holiday will impact your delivery day, we will email you one week before your delivery to inform you of which day your order will be delivered on instead. We deliver on almost all holidays, so if you are out of town please update your order through your online account before you leave.
Billing is processed the evening of your delivery.
A cooler and ice packs are required for our driver to leave your order. If no cooler is left out, we will charge you a 30% restocking fee for products we've ordered from other suppliers, and the $3 delivery fee.
If no ice packs are in your cooler, we will provide you with one and a charge of $5 will be made to your account ($3 will be refunded if returned).
All of our bottles have a $2 deposit. We are able to return the deposit for bottles with our logo that are well-rinsed and undamaged.
We have no customer contracts, so if you would like to cancel service simply email us at email@example.com or call us at 250-710-4287. We can arrange to pick up any outstanding bottles upon service cancellation.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
Cowichan Milk Company’s promotional e-mails include "Unsubscribe" links so you can change your settings easily at any time. You can also modify your e-mail settings by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section on this site. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
