An early-season, sharp-tasting apple with a fine flesh that is ripe for cooking. These yellow-green transparent apples are grown locally in Cobble Hill, without pesticides and insecticides.

Note that these apples are not typical "storage" apples - use them within 1-2 weeks! Great for pies and crumbles, and for applesauce and cider when paired with less tart varieties. Can be sliced and frozen for later use.
