Ramen "pucks" are the easiest, all-in-one solution to satisfy your sudden ramen cravings. Miso Yasai includes a housemade vegan broth with tofu, mushrooms, corn, green onions, bamboo, kelp, and sesame seeds.
Over 600g (serves 1-2).
Directions: remove puck from bag and place in smallest pot it fits in (6-7" is ideal). Heat (covered) on high for 4-5 minutes until it starts to boil. Remove the lid and reduce the heat, boiling gently for another 1-2 minutes. Agitate the noodles periodically to break them apart. Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
Noodle Ingredients: wheat flour, water, whole egg powder, sea salt, kansui (sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate), corn starch, riboflavin.
Soup Ingredients: water, onion, apple, carrot, garlic, mushroom, kelp, miso (water, soybeans, rice kale, koji [aspergillus oryzae], riboflavin), ginger, sugar, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt, koji, potassium sorbate), hon mirin (water, alcohol, rice, koji), sake (water, rice, koji), sesame oil.
Topping Ingredients: tofu, mushrooms, corn, green onions, bamboo, kelp, soy sauce, sugar, sake, hon mirin, canola oil, sesame oil, sesame seeds.
