Ramen Puck (Instant, Pork) - Ichiban Miso

Ramen "pucks" are the easiest, all-in-one solution to satisfy your sudden ramen cravings. Ichiban Miso is Nikkei Ramen-Ya's customer favourite with pork, corn, green onions, bamboo, and pickled ginger.
Over 600g (serves 1-2).
Directions: Remove ramen puck from the bag and place in smallest pot it will fit in (6-7" diameter is ideal). Heat (covered) on high for 4-5 minutes until it starts to boil. Remove the lid and reduce heat, boiling gently for another 1-2 minutes. Agitate the noodles periodically to break them apart. Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
Noodle Ingredients: wheat flour, water, whole egg powder, sea salt, kansui (sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate), corn starch, riboflavin.
Soup Ingredients: water, whole chicken, fish, kelp, miso (water, soybeans, rice, salt, goji (aspergillus oryzae), riboflavin), apple, garlic, ginger, sugar, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat salt, goji, potassium sorbet), hon mirin (water, alcohol, rice, koi), sake (water, rice, koji), sesame oil.
Topping Ingredients: pork, corn, green onions, bamboo, pickled ginger (salted ginger, salt, sorbitol, citric acid, malie acid, potassium sorbate, Allura Red AC), soy sauce, sugar, sake, hon mirin, canola oil, sesame oil, butter, sesame seeds.
Contains: wheat, egg, fish, soy, sesame, dairy.
May contain: shellfish.
