How Pick-Up Works
1. Sign up for pick-up orders
If you're in the Youbou, Mesachie Lake, or Honeymoon Bay areas, you can sign up here for a pick-up account.
Our order minimum is $10 (before bottle deposits and taxes), and there's a $5 drop fee for each order.
2. Customize your order
Choose from a variety of local food products, all from Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.
You can place your orders individually on an as-needed basis, or you have the option of setting up recurring orders that we’ll automatically bring to the pick-up location on your preferred schedule.
Recurring orders are set up per-item (i.e. you could set up milk, eggs, bread, and lettuce to arrive weekly, coffee beans and frozen lasagna for every-other-week, and peanut butter and smoked salmon monthly), and can easily be adjusted or paused as needed before the ordering cut-off without penalty.
3. Retrieve the order from your cooler at the pick-up location
On Fridays, we'll load up the labeled coolers in our rented storage unit at Neiser Sales, Service, and Rentals with your order and fresh ice packs. You can collect your delicious local foods anytime between 10am-8pm that day.
You'll have a refundable deposit for your labeled cooler and for the ice packs, so you're welcome to take the cooler home fully loaded and bring it back before the next drop-off day, or just leave the cooler and ice in the storage unit if you prefer.
