Flavourful kimchi-kraut made with cabbage grown in Saanich and fully fermented for two seasons.
Island Kraut is made by the Green Cuisine restaurant in Victoria, and it has a light tart taste with a mild saltiness. It provides excellent balance to protein & carb meals, and adds a depth of flavour to the most of simple of meals.

Since we opened in 1990, we have been dedicated to sustainability!We are proud to make our very own specialty vegan foods and products for you to cook with at home. We use them in our dishes at the restaurant, too! We have our very own production facility right in Victoria where we make our organic tofu and tempeh, as well as other delicious products like mochi, kombucha, and amasake. We use local and organic ingredients whenever possible, and always craft our food and beverages using traditional methods.
