Or make a delicious dip by adding to sour cream, Greek yogurt, or any other base you enjoy.
125g jar.
Ingredients: smoked paprika, cane sugar, granulated white sugar, smoked sea salt, smoked garlic granules, ground ginger, smoked onion granules, black pepper, cumin, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, basil, oregano, chives.
All natural; no preservatives, trans-fats, gluten, or MSG.
Directions: simply massage dry spice rub into meat, poultry, seafood, tofu, or veggies and allow to rest for 30 minutes before cooking.
Smoked Maui Marinade (for ribs, chicken, or skirt steak):
-2 Tbsp Sweet Smokey Heat
-1 cup pineapple juice
-1/3 cup soy sauce
-2 Tbsp sesame oil
Stir ingredients together over low heat. Reduce until desired thickness. Cool before using.
Marinate meat at least 30 minutes (can go overnight). If desired, set some sauce aside before adding the rest of the sauce to the raw meat, so that you can use it for dipping/drizzling later.
