A very sweet variety with a thin, edible skin. It's typically cut into half rounds and roasted.

One organic delicata; size will vary but will likely be in the 0.75 lb - 1.5 lb range. Unpackaged.

A winter squash with a flavour even sweeter than butternut! Its texture is similar to pumpkin and sweet potato. The rind is edible, but very hard so be prepared with a large sharp knife, or consider throwing it down on a concrete floor to make the first split.
