Cut into multiple slices to share as part of a full Greek spread, or enjoy as a dinner entree.
Serves 1-2 as entree; more as a side dish.
Frozen; bake before serving (instructions included).
Baking Instructions:
For best results, thaw for 30 minutes and cook on a parchment-lined metal sheet pan.
Bake at 350*F for 35-40 minutes. If it's getting very brown, you can tent the spanakopita with a piece of foil and lower the oven temperature to 325*F.
