Wrap warmed falafel in pita bread, serve alongside salad, or enjoy as a snack. Don't forget the homous and/or tzatziki!
25 small/medium fully-cooked falafel (delivered frozen).
Ingredients: chickpeas, chickpea flour, spices, fresh herbs, garlic, onions, salt, baking powder (contains cornstarch), canola oil (for frying).
Heating Suggestion: airfry, bake, pan-fry, or pop in microwave (baking or frying will give a crispier texture than microwave). Don't overcook; just until they're hot.

Luke's Global Cuisine
My passion for food is strong; nothing brings me more joy than seeing people devour my kitchen creations. I focus on offering delicious globally-inspired dishes and classic comfort foods for home and take-away, striving to source quality, local, sustainable ingredients whenever possible. It all started with the Falafel recipe. Crispy on the outside, prefectly seasoned inside, exploding with fresh herbs and the spices of the Mediterranean. Delicious on their own, in a wrap, or topping a salad, take them to the next level by dipping them in our homemade hummus, tahini or tzatziki!
While the food truck is under construction, "Luke's Global Cuisine" can be found at Farmers Markets and events from Parksville to Victoria with my classic Mediterranean-style Shawarma Chicken and Savory Falafel Wraps, salads, and seasonal specials such as the amazing spot prawn salad rolls with peanut sauce, featuring local prawns from The Drift Meat & Seafood.
Luke's Global Cuisine was established in 2017. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, I was unable to be here last year to operate. Thankfully my sister Liz, from the Bite Me Cookie Co., was able to supply our family Falafel recipe to our valued and faithful customers. My gratitude is endless and I thank everyone of you who supports local businesses and grassroot organizations.
