Ingredients: flour, dextrose, vegetable oil shortening (palm oil), baking powder, mono & diglycerides, soy flour, salt, potato flour, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, dried egg yolk, calcium sulfate, dicalcium phosphate, calcium peroxide, sugar, flavour, colour, yeast, milk ingredients, hydrogenated vegetable oil & palm oil margarine, raisins*, cinnamon.
*raisins are listed because they're included in 6 Mile Bakery's jumbo cinnamon buns, so it's possible a rogue raisin could sneak into their regular-size cinnamon buns. I have yet to find one.

Irene's Bakery (6 Mile)
Irene’s Bakery has been a family-owned business in Victoria since opening in 1985 on Oak Bay Avenue. In 2019 Irene’s Bakery had the opportunity to merge with another Victoria institution, 6 Mile Bakery. As a result they moved their wholesale operations to 6 Mile’s Carey Rd production facility and combined the two very experienced baking teams. Their mission is to provide quality products and service to Southern Vancouver Island.
Both bakeries were founded on the principles of traditional European bread making, and these principles are still practiced each and every day at Irene’s. Their bakers have over 200 years of combined baking experience.
